(Re)discover the world of herbs with a course that will take you from planting to harvest and from simple drying methods to infusing oils and making tinctures. Created for beginning herb enthusiasts and those who want to deepen their practice to include new methods. This course begins with an overview and then focuses on practical details such as propagation techniques, methods for harvesting and drying, creating signature culinary herb blends and how to make tinctures and infused oils (and what to do with them!). Bevin Cohen is teaching this course for The Herb Society of America.
