Created for beginning herb enthusiasts and those who want to deepen their practice to include new methods. This course begins with an overview and then focuses on practical details such as propagation techniques, methods for harvesting and drying, creating signature culinary herb blends and how to make tinctures and infused oils (and what to do with them!).
